Goal Getter Lifestyle Coaching
3 month commitment
Nutrition: Custom macro based meal plan incorporating natural/whole foods, with adjustments as needed. Your meal plan will be detailed and specific to ensure your success! Vegetarian and vegan clients along with anyone that has certain dietary restrictions are welcome as well, as this is a completely customized program created for your individual needs.
Workout Plan: Monthly training program tailored to your specific needs and goals. Each workout will be scheduled into your calendar through my own Cara Volpicelli Fitness app (available for Android & IPhone) and includes a video demonstration and instruction for each exercise to ensure proper form is used. I will be able to see if you completed the workout for accountability purposes and you will be able to take notes in the app if you had any issues with a particular exercise.
Check-Ins: Weekly check-ins via e-mail will consist of photos/video and a detailed check in form that will be submitted. In person check-ins will be scheduled as needed if you are local, along with body fat testing using skinfold calipers (9 site test).
Supplements: Recommendations on proper supplements that will benefit your specific needs at each stage of the program. Focus is always on establishing good health, assessing what may be lacking in essential vitamins & minerals, and bringing the body into balance.
