Nutrition: Custom macro based nutrition plan incorporating natural/whole foods, with adjustments as needed. Your nutrition will be detailed and specific to ensure your success! Vegetarian and vegan clients along with anyone that has certain dietary restrictions are welcome as well, as this is a completely customized program created for your individual needs.
Workout Plan: Monthly training program tailored to your specific needs and goals. Each workout will be scheduled into your calendar through my own Cara Volpicelli Fitness app (available for Android & IPhone) and includes a video demonstration of each exercise to ensure proper form is used. I will be able to see if you completed the workout for accountability purposes and you will be able to complete the workouts when it fits into your schedule.
Peak Week Plan: The most important week of all! This is a customized plan with very specific details that must be adhered to properly. Your body visibly changes the most during the last 7 days prior to competition and I work closely with you daily during this time to ensure optimal results! Daily photos are sent in to me and adjustments are made on the fly if needed.
